Ya' know, I never did report in about my birthday trip to New Orleans. I had a solid good time but not a great time. I hear thunder booming in the distance as lightning flashes out of the window behind me. Another summer storm is running its way through D.C. That last one was especially loud, cracking like a whip through the sky.
